SlitherStation™ Limited Lifetime Warranty – All Metal Components

Your peace of mind is our priority. SlitherStation™ stands behind the quality of its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all metal components. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to purchases made directly from SlitherStation™ or an authorized retailer. Coverage includes:

  • Structural failures – such as frame breakage or joint separation

  • Material degradation – cracking, splitting, or warping under normal use

  • Rust or corrosion – of metal parts not exposed to saltwater or harsh chemicals

  • Defective hardware – including hinges, latches, and fasteners

  • Adhesive failures – separation of bonded components

  • UV damage – leading to brittleness beyond normal aging

  • Protective coating issues – like peeling or excessive wear

  • Other manufacturing defects – that affect product functionality

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, scratching, discoloration)

  • Improper use, installation, or handling

  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Make a Claim

To start a warranty claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)

  2. Email us at sales@slitherstation.com

  3. Allow us time to inspect and evaluate the product

Our Remedy

If your claim is approved, SlitherStation™ will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace it with the same or comparable item

  • Refund the original purchase price

This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. Liability is capped at the original purchase price. No incidental or consequential damages are covered.
